File System
I have multiple file structure with multiple backup needs and Im not sure out to organize them. I also wondering if i should have my project org file in the project folder (in witch case it may not be git versioned if the project is larger then just code), or in my main org folder (that i git version).

This is where everything should end up. It should be backed up AND sync across my Nextcloud and my devices.

This is where i have most of my org files. I want to have them version controlled because i may have AI agent work on them, but i wonder if it is too much to deal with. Maybe only backup is enough? nah, i want fine control, but maybe the commit will just be regular dump. could be automatic too.
